New York Times reporter Adam Liptak gives his overview of the just completed Supreme Court Term on today's "Fresh Air" on National Public Radio. The first part of the program deals with Ricci, et al., v. DeStefano (the Firefighter case) and the effect of the ruling on the Sonia Sotomeyor nomination.
