ICR 25(a) Reinstated

The Supreme Court has reinstated, effective 1/1/2011, the rule which permits a party to disqualify a judge without cause. Here's the Order: http://www.isc.idaho.gov/ICR_25a_Order.pdf.

    Many many people are contacting the media begging them to cover each of our stories. This may be the only recourse we have in exposing said corruption and reclaiming what has been taken of our lives, our livihood and our rights.
