The Idaho Press Tribune reported on Friday that "Canyon County's Public Defender could become involved in a lawsuit with his sister and law firm associate. But the lawsuit would not interrupt the public defender's services to the county, public defender Mark Mimura said."The article goes on to explain: "Mark and Susan Mimura have had internal conflicts based on a difference in business philosophy, Susan Mimura said. Mark Mimura declined to discuss details of the conflict. But he did say he planned to obtain legal counsel regarding the matter today."
