Welcome to SCOIDBlog. We'll be following the doings in the Supreme Court of Idaho, the Court of Appeals and Idaho state law in general from a criminal defense point of view. I'll be working over the next few days to set up the blog. Please let me know if you'd like to be a regular contributor.
